Today many people in London have descended on those institutions that they believe have cheated them out of their future. It is like a fair ground of protesting, pick a ride and win a prize....
To get a coherent idea of what the protesters want is impossible, as the press have succeeded in diluting each protest message into one: some people are not happy. This is one of the most positive signs that I have seen yet that people on the ground do care. What they care about is definitely up for debate, but the mere fact that political mobilization is taking place can only be seen as a step in the direction that we all need to make: the direction of involvement. We are all a part of this society, and the quicker we realise that we all contribute, the quicker we can use our voices.
